They said my credit card details had expired and to ring 0818 300 161 to update them. I rang the number and got through to an operator straight away who took my new credit card details. He then asked me to hold for a second while he processed the details. I was on hold for 15 minutes and on the verge of hanging up when another operator came on the line and asked how she could help me. I explained what had happened and she was very apoligetic but I still got charged about €5 for nothing.
