I have found with AXA, if you call the local office number, you get through to the same answering system as if you call the 1890 no.
I asked the Rentokil people. Here’s their direct no. (045) 850 700.

Aviva Health 1890 717 717 is the same as Hibernian’s old number – 0212434305.
Aviva Life and Pensions are 01 898 7000.
I think this may work for the other parts of Aviva too but I haven’t tried them.
