		<description>Diarmuid
I rang the ESB with reading using the landline no. on this site. Unfortunately they were unable to take my reading wherever I ended up due to staff training ?!? and I was given a 1890 no. I told the man I would not use such a no.and he said that I had used it to contact him in the first instance (not true) but secondly and most importantly, he said that ESB picked up the additional charge after the first three minutes. Hello??? how does their software work to achieve this and do I believe him, NO. So I did not bother ringing in my reading.
