To the person in the U.S., you say you cant get them by email but there is a customer contact form somewhere on the site - I used it in the past and got a response. I think I had to trawl through the site to find it, maybe under "complaints". As you are trying to order something they will be more likely to accommodate you. My point in my previous message was however, that the reason we cant get an Irish landline number is that maybe there isn't one. I have contacted them by phone and have always been put through to a Scottish call centre (although I have heard there is a Cork call centre). Anyway in my previous message I provided a UK landline number for Sky (with a Scottish prefix), which I got from the website "Say no to 0870". This should certainly be of some use (as it can be cheaper to call UK than call 0818) and especially to the person in the U.S. It can also be called from Ireland using "access" numbers. Anyway the number is 01506 421722.(UK). Haven't needed it myself, but good luck! Re Sky TV.
